Lot 1 - Extraordinary maintenance works consisting of the demolition and reconstruction of internal floorboards with a metal structure and fibre cement slabs to improve the efficiency of the distribution of laboratory spaces. Demolition of toilets for the construction of a new laboratory. Installation of mobile glass partitions to divide the rooms. Replacement of internal doors and revision of window frames. No external modifications are planned. Plant engineering will be integrated.

Lot 2 - Extraordinary maintenance works consisting in the construction of an aerated crawl space, demolition of masonry boards and construction of internal partitions with a metal structure and fibre cement sheets to improve the efficiency of the distribution of laboratory spaces. Supply and installation of internal doors for the new premises. Abatement of steps and construction of pedestrian ramps to overcome internal height differences. No external modifications are planned. Plant engineering will be integrated.
