Institutional bodies
and the organisation of the foundation

 

The Foundation, established in 2014, has the legal status of a 'participation foundation' made up of educational institutions, training institutions, universities and/or research centres, companies and trade associations, and local authorities.

It cooperates with MIUR and MISE and the Lombardy Region in the creation of highly specialised post-diploma courses (ITS and IFTS courses) according to the standards and constraints of ministerial and regional planning.
It holds quality certification according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

They are management bodies of the Foundation:

It is made up of the Founders and Participants, and formulates advisory opinions and proposals on the Foundation's activities, programmes and objectives, as well as on the budget and balance sheet.

It is the body reserved for deciding on acts essential to the life of the Foundation and the achievement of its purposes. It consists of nine members. The Board of Directors sees to the ordinary and extraordinary administration and management of the Foundation, with criteria of economy, effectiveness and efficiency, for the purpose of implementing the three-year activity plan.

He is the legal representative of the Foundation. He holds office for a three-year period and is eligible for re-election. He presides over the Board of Directors and the Assembly of Participants. He maintains relations with organisations, institutions, companies, social partners and other bodies to establish collaborative relationships in support of the Foundation's activities.

It is the internal body of the Foundation that formulates proposals and opinions to the Governing Board on the Foundation's programmes and activities and defines the technical and scientific aspects of the activity plans.

It is the Foundation's accounting advisory body, it oversees financial management, examines budget and balance sheet proposals, drawing up reports, and carries out cash audits.

To these are added:

It has the task of implementing the resolutions of the Board of Directors, taking all necessary actions to this end. It ensures the organisational, economic and operational management of the operation of the Foundation's offices and the implementation of the activities, programmes, projects and services of the training system, also through responsibility for the choice of lecturers.

They collaborate with the Management in the administrative management of the Foundation.

It collaborates with Management, Teachers and the Technical Scientific Committee in the organisation and management of training processes (needs analysis, planning, didactic delivery and internships, evaluation and certification), of relations with students, teachers and companies and in the supervision of projects promoted by the Foundation, covering the functions of Guidance, Planning, Didactic Coordination, Tutoring, Internship and Placement, Apprenticeship Management
